Around the swimming pool, we’ve created a designated beach area, perfect for soaking up the sun. Relax on our soft, comfortable sunbeds and enjoy the convenience of a solar shower to freshen up after a swim. There’s also a nearby sauna to warm up after a dip, and for those who love to socialize, we’ve added a Jacuzzi bar with three bar stools—ideal for enjoying a drink while soaking in the hot tub.
For your morning coffee or an afternoon break, you can unwind in the cozy coffee area and take in the beautiful sea views.

Thanks Anna and Theo for your perfect hospitality. The Villa was one of the best places we've stayed at. Well equipped, perfectly maintained, sparkling clean, with fantastic facilities including the Jacuzzi, Spa and Sauna. Anna and Theo responded immediately to requests, had helpful local recommendations, and immediately helped with extending our stay due to a flight cancelation. The location is near multiple tourist attractions and the Albena beach. We stayed late September so was already off season but the weather was still warm for most of our stay. Thank you!

Anna and her husband Theo are amazing hosts! Their house was better than
advertised! The rooms / bathrooms were nice and clean and the water in the showers were very strong! The pool and hot tub were the best and perfect for a weekend getaway. But wait, I haven't mentioned the most important thing... that view of Albena! Picture yourself sitting on their outside table overlooking Albena and the Golden Sands and guaranteed you'll have an amazing time!!! They were very responsive to your needs and answers all your questions! Will definitely book with them again!! Highly recommend!

We spent a couple of very nice days in Anna and Theo's house. The property is gorgeous and includes everything you might need for a relaxing holiday: the house is spacious and well-divided, with air conditioning and all the necessary amenities, swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, closed veranda and a guest house. All rooms have a magnificent sea view. The landscape abounds in beautifully arranged Mediterranean plants. Theo was very kind and gave us advice on activities in the surrounding area. I highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay here in Balckick! Anna and her husband were amazing hosts, waiting for us until 10 PM and even ordering pizza for our late arrival. The house was clean,

The accommodation is a dream. Beach is within walking distance and a delicious
steakhouse is also less than 10 minutes away by car.
The rented one brought us a cake, very dear gesture!

We were accommodated with 10 people in this beautiful house. The accommodation as well as the pool was very clean and nothing was missing, because the equipment is extensive and everything was thought of. The outdoor area is a real highlight with a beautiful view over the black sea.
Unfortunately, a friend was seriously injured during the stay and had to be flown home by ambulance. I can hardly put into words what wonderful people Anna and Theo are. They took care of us in a caring way the whole time. Anna made us meals and constantly monitored our friend medically.

I had been staying at this place with a couple of friends and we had a great time! The place looks just as beautiful as on the provided photos. It has many areas in which you can spend your time in a cozy and comfortable surrounding.
Especially the outside area, with not only the whirlpool and pool having a stunning sea view but also the sauna in the garden!
