Thank you for choosing our holiday property for your vacation!
In order to make your stay as relaxing, comfortable and safe as possible, there is a list of rules to follow. A lot of love, effort and care has been put in and we want to make sure that the property is kept in the best condition for you and all the guests that will come after you.
The number of guests must not exceed the number of guests stated and confirmed on the booking. Each additional guest will be charged extra per number of nights.
WARNING: Entry to the property may be refused if the number of visitors exceeds the number of sleeping places and is not accepted with the booking.
Smoking in the house is strictly prohibited! The fine for each case is 100 euros.
Pets are not allowed in the property.
Please observe the check-in (after 4 pm) and check-out (before 11 am) times.
Early check-in/late check-out is subject to availability and by prior arrangement only.
The house must be maintained and you must leave it as you received it - clean and tidy. Do not leave unwashed and discarded dishes before you leave.
No food or drink is allowed in the bedrooms!
Please dispose of your rubbish in the bins provided.
Cigarette butts, cotton, tampons, sanitary napkins, diapers or other foreign objects, including toilet paper, may not be placed in the toilet. Charges will be assessed for each blockage.
Entering the houses with shoes is forbidden.
Be sure to close windows, lock doors and turn off lights and any electronics before leaving the property.
The fee for a lost key is 50 euros.
Take extra care when using the barbecue and do not leave the fire unattended. Make sure to extinguish it completely after use.No decorative candles or fires are allowed on the property or in the surrounding area. The use of pyrotechnics is strictly prohibited.
Do not remove or move any furniture, blankets, quilts, pillows, etc. outside their designated areas.
It is forbidden to remove any property outside the property.
Any soiling, damaging or destruction of property will be charged at the rates quoted by the owners. Please note that if anything that is part of a set is damaged, soiled, (such as towels, bed linen, chairs and tables, armchairs, sun loungers etc.) and cannot be purchased separately, the full price of the set will have to be paid.
Parties and celebrations are not permitted without prior permission from the owners or you will be asked to leave without a refund of the holiday amount paid.
After 23:00 is not allowed loud noises - shouting, loud singing and talking, whistling, loud music, the use of sound systems and other electronic devices, disturbing the peace of the neighbors.In case of reporting to the law enforcement authorities for violation of public order, the offending guests are fully responsible for their actions, as well as for fines and penalties imposed.
No hooligan, aggressive, abusive, obscene or any other behaviour that is likely to damage or harm property and/or disturb public order shall be tolerated or allowed on the premises. Violators will be removed from the property without refund of the amount paid for the vacation.
Bringing or using illegal substances or weapons on the property is not allowed.Violators will be removed without refund!
Do not leave your children unsupervised on the entire property.Be especially vigilant when around the pool, jacuzzi and when using the children's play area.
Cover the pool and jacuzzi at night.This will keep the water clean and warm.
Do not throw ANY objects into the water and do not pour liquids into the water.
During your stay,the property owners,their representatives and employees,have the right to access the entire property for the purpose of maintaining the garden, pool, Jacuzzi.
Inspection and supervision may be carried out in case there are reports or suspicions of damage to property.
