Around the swimming pool, we’ve created a designated beach area, perfect for soaking up the sun. Relax on our soft, comfortable sunbeds and enjoy the convenience of a solar shower to freshen up after a swim. There’s also a nearby sauna to warm up after a dip, and for those who love to socialize, we’ve added a Jacuzzi bar with three bar stools—ideal for enjoying a drink while soaking in the hot tub. For your morning coffee or an afternoon break, you can unwind in the cozy coffee area and take in the beautiful sea views.
Indoors, the villa is just as inviting. We’ve made sure every corner of the house is filled with thoughtful details to keep your family entertained. The living room is stocked with international books—mostly in Bulgarian and English—for you to enjoy, and we haven’t forgotten about the little ones either. You’ll find a collection of children’s books, toys, and even a baby chair and cots available upon request to make sure your kids are just as comfortable as you are.

The master bathroom is a true oasis, featuring a luxurious double hydromassage bathtub—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Each bathroom is equipped with high-end fixtures and plenty of space, so you can enjoy a spa-like experience throughout your stay.
The space
Sunny House is set on a beautiful 1,000 square meter property, with lush gardens filled with pine, olive, lemon, and magnolia trees, along with fragrant lavender and roses that fill the air with their sweet aroma. The villa features three king-size bedrooms and all the modern amenities you need, from free Wi-Fi to air conditioning. In addition to the main house, there’s a guest house for extra privacy, making it ideal for large families or groups of friends.
For parking, we’ve provided space for up to four cars, so you and your guests will have no trouble with transportation. Whether you’re here to enjoy the beach, the garden, or the cozy interiors, every season offers something special at Sunny House.
Guest Access
As our guest, you’ll have full access to the entire property. Outdoor security cameras ensure safety and privacy around the parking area, swimming pool, patio, and BBQ zone.

We’re located in a quiet villa zone between Albena resort and Balchik. The beautiful beaches and local amenities are just 5-10 minutes away by car, and we recommend having a vehicle to explore the area and make the most of your stay.
